What is recorded when you use our website

Analytics

When you visit codfarmers.no we use the tools Google Analytics (link: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/dpa/dataprocessingamendment_20160909.html And https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/3379636?hl=no ) and/or Facebook Analytics (link: https://www.facebook.com/business/gdpr ), to analyze your use of the website. The purpose of this is to develop statistics that we use to improve and further develop the information offered on the site. Examples of what the statistics provide answers to are how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, what websites users come from and what browsers are used.

The information is processed in de-identified and aggregated form. The de-identified means that we cannot track the information we collect back to the individual user. We collect the full IP address, but the IP address is de-identified so that only the first three groups in the address are used to generate statistics. That is, if the IP address consists of the numbers 195.159.103.82, only 195.159.103. XX will be used. In addition, the IP addresses are processed at the aggregated level, that is, all data is merged into a group and not processed individually.

The Data Protection Regulation is Article 6 No. 1 f), which allows us to process information necessary to protect a legitimate interest that outweighs the interests of the individual’s privacy. The legitimate interest is to improve our services.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you download a Web page. Codfarmers.no uses cookies for different services on our website to work. You can read more about the different cookies we use further down.

The Data Protection Regulation is Article 6 No. 1 f), which allows us to process information necessary to protect a legitimate interest that outweighs the interests of the individual’s privacy. The legitimate interest is to get services on the website to work.

The storage of information and the processing of information from cookies is not permitted unless the user of the website has both been informed and has consented to the processing. The user shall learn about and authorize what information is processed, what the purpose of the processing is and who is processing the data, cf. § 2-7b of the Act. This is done in the user’s browser.

Search

Codfarmers.no stores information about what search terms users use in the search tool. The purpose of storage is to make our information offering better. The search usage pattern is stored in a separate database and is only stored in aggregate form. Only the search word is saved and cannot be linked to other information about the users, such as the IP addresses.

  • If a job seeker has indicated you as a reference.
  • Indirectly through Google Analytics, and Facebook Analytics
  • In case of contact by telephone, Skype, or other channels, personal data will also be stored.

  • At meetings or appointments that you are a participant in.
  • If an employee has designated you as a relative.
